Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights for business growth.

Public Relations (PR) Leadership:

• Oversee and manage all PR activities to enhance the company's image and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Provide guidance in the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand positioning and business goals.

Brand Management:

• Drive brand awareness and positioning in the solar industry through effective marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:
