We are looking for an ambitious, steady and loyal individual to join our Recycling Services of Florida team in Clearwater, FL.

Job Description:

Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the trucks through routine procedures and special work orders. This position reports to the Shop Supervisor directly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responds to and completes work orders such as washing of equipment picking up supplies and parts.
• Performs general maintenance projects related to trucks and yard assigned by Shop Supervisor.
• Responds promptly to emergencies as needed.
• Maintains yard and shop areas as per the company standards.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor towards everyone at work and ability to follow verbal and written instructions from management.
• Must possess the strong drive to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Maintenance Experience: a positive not required.
• Clean driving  record (Required).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs during work.

• Porter: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver: 1 year (Required)
• Groundskeeper: 1 year (Preferred)
• Truck maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Yard maintenance: 1 year (Required)
