The TRC Executive will be responsible for handling technical complaints, troubleshooting, and customer support related to solar inverters, lithium batteries, lead -acid batteries, and solar installations. The candidate will coordinate with customers, dealers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
<\/p>
This role is ideal for candidates with technical troubleshooting experience in the solar, electrical, inverter, or battery industry.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding inverter and battery complaints
<\/p><\/li>
Diagnose technical issues through calls, WhatsApp, video support, and remote assistance
<\/p><\/li>
Guide customers and dealers with installation checks and basic troubleshooting
<\/p><\/li>
Support field technicians and service engineers in issue resolution
<\/p><\/li>
Resolve issues related to:
<\/p>
Solar inverters
<\/p><\/li>
Lithium batteries
<\/p><\/li>
Lead -acid batteries
<\/p><\/li>
Installation and connectivity
<\/p><\/li>
Product performance complaints
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
Register and manage complaints in CRM/ERP systems
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure timely closure of service tickets as per TAT
<\/p><\/li>
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate spare parts and replacement dispatch with logistics teams
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and resolutions
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Provide installation and commissioning support to dealers and electricians
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct technical guidance and orientation sessions for channel partners
<\/p><\/li>
Support remote commissioning activities and technical queries
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support
<\/p><\/li>
Reduce repeat complaints through proper diagnosis and guidance
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Identify recurring technical issues and report trends
<\/p><\/li>
Share customer feedback with product and quality teams
<\/p><\/li>
Suggest improvements in troubleshooting SOPs and service processes
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Basic understanding of:

Solar system installation

Electrical troubleshooting

Knowledge of multimeter usage and fault analysis preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel

Strong communication and customer handling skills
<\/p><\/li>
Good problem -solving ability

Strong follow -up and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complaints
