QUALIFICATIONS: Looking for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in fine dining. Patience. Ability to work under pressure. Creativity & Passion. Knowledge of Beverages. Should have a broad knowledge of seasonal/pairing drinks. Organizational Skills. Customer Service Skills. A Collaborator Attitude. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Station before shift: Prepare all garnishments with adequate reserved supply Glassware is stocked. Coolers are stocked. Maintain proper inventory of liquor and wine bottles. Ensure regulations are followed in accordance with proper sink setup. Ice bins are full, and we have all necessary ice spheres prepared. Closing your section: All duties on bar closing check list are completed and filled out. All simple syrups have been checked to pars. Ice is prepared in freezer for par for the following shift. Obeying and following all handbook guidelines and procedures. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THIS JOB Walk/stand and be on your feet for an extended period. Repeat the same movements. Use your hands to handle, control, feel objects and tools. Lift between 25 and 50 pounds. Speak clearly so listeners can understand. See details of objects that are less than a few feet away. Be physically active for lengthy periods of time without getting tired or out of breath. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED Employee must be able to use: Basic computer skills. Basic writing and communication skills.
