Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential Administration- Ticketing Officer to join our knowledgeable Administration team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Administration and Accounting departments of the Company, contributing to the data entry of travel services provided, while ensuring accuracy and transparency of the financial transactions related to ticketing activities.

What you will need to do:

  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions promptly and collaborate with the accounting department to resolve them.
  • Coordinate with the administration and accounting teams to obtain necessary approvals and generate TRFs (Travel Request Forms) for products or services associated with ticket resolutions.
  • Generate reports on ticket resolution times, common issues, and other relevant metrics as required.
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of ticket resolutions and interactions.
  • Generate and issue tickets using the company's ticketing system (if necessary).

What you will need to have:

  • One (1)- Three (3) years of working experience, preferably in an administration- related role.
  • Degree in Tourism/ Travel Industry or another related field would be considered an asset.
  • Basic understanding of the tools and systems used for ticket issuance (GDS/Global Distribution System) it will be more than welcome!
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and especially Excel!
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English.
