Roles & Responsibilities

• Making cold calls to generating the new leads

• Understanding the customer needs and requirement & provide the information to respective team members for the technical solution

• Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.

• Contact the customers for orders over the telephone for goods and services.

• Explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.

• Provide pricing details of the products or services.

• Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.

• Take the orders of the product over the telephone accurately.

• direct the leads to the technical sales team when required

Required Candidate profile

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Any Degree

- Work location Chennai Madhavaram

- Timing: 8 hrs/6 day week

- Fluent in English must

- Immediate Joiner preferred
