EV Battery Business Operation Jr. Specialist / Staff (m/w/d)

Your mission
This role is to maximise customer satisfaction through effective and punctual order and transportation management, as well as to improve profit margin through proper buying rate control.
  • Efficiently Input all orders into the Transportation Record.
  • Coordinate in-land road transportation operations.          
  • Compile and maintain an up-to-date trucking/shipment list and monitor delivery status consistently.
  • Control trucking buying and selling costs.
  • Manage claims issues, such as damage or loss, with a proactive approach.
  • Generate process setup and improvement initiatives.
  • Create accurate invoices for customers.
  • Communicate relevant shipping details promptly to customers’ post-order placement.
  • Provide support to customers, addressing any issues and engaging in discussions about the shipping/trucking process.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently, offering logistic solutions when necessary.
  • Manage special account at Related Volume and company size.
  • Engage in discussions on possible charges/cost reduction strategies.
  • Participate in debates about processes for special orders.
  • Resolve issues in a smooth & friendly way and manage every shipment punctual and accurate.

Your profile
  • Professional expertise in road trucking with over 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding business or a bachelor's degree in the transportation industry.
  • Preferred experience in EV battery transportation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the logistics field, particularly overland trucking and DG cargo.
  • Knowledgeable about customs procedures and experienced in handling EV batteries (ADR1.3/Waste).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Skilful in handling Excel files and monitoring skills.
  • Professional competency in MS Suite, with a focus on analytical and monitoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.
