Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team, preferably with proven experience in the healthcare or renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements, and a proven track record in identifying and securing top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will also be involved with building and refining current recruitment processes at Adilstone Group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare or renewable energy field.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
 

2. Screening and Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential within the healthcare or renewable energy sector.
 

3. Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and specific requirements through qualifying calls.
  • Provide timely updates on candidate progress, market insights, and industry trends.
  • Present suitable candidates and ensure timely feedback is received from the client regarding the candidate
 

4. Talent Management:

  • Potentially manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
 

5. Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market challenges, and key players preferably in the healthcare or renewable energy sector.
  • Use industry insights to advise clients on market conditions and talent availability.
 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on healthcare or renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific skills, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English).
  • Strong critical thinking ability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
