Job Description
For an Infrastructure Equity fund, we are looking for an Investment Director with solid renewable energy experience to act as key member of the Equity investment team to provide strategy, operational and management input during lifetime of asset, including regular dialog with portfolio companies, board-level representation and internal / external reporting process. The candidate must have a solid renewable energy experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the research, analysis, and structuring of infrastructure investments in renewable energy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of investment strategy
- Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in negotiations and finalization of transactions
- Supervise existing investments and development initiatives
- Contribute to team development by training junior members and sharing best practices
Requirements
- Professional experience of 7 to 10 years in infrastructure funds or renewable energy investment experience
- Strong understanding of infrastructure markets and associated financial products within renewable energy sector
- Strong ability to analyze investment opportunities, risks, and expected returns
- Strong strategy skills in the sustainable energy space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with key partners and investors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in team management and training junior members
