We are seeking a Sales and Installation Manager for our road service division. The responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training and overall management of +5 Battery Technicians in a 24 hour, 7 day a week business. This position has tremendous growth opportunity.

What You Bring to the Table 

The Sales and Installation Manager is responsible for adding to and improving our customers overall experience by supplying a team of trained individuals able to solve their battery problems onsite.  Our battery team and road side assistance technicians are everyday heroes who perform car door unlocking, tire changes, jump-starting and fuel delivery services for customers in need. Your job will be to create and implement a strategic development plan that focusses on the growth Battery Sales team and revenue.

  • You have a strong background in management and team development
  • You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • You are able to coach and mentor others to improve sales conversions
  • You have a background in mechanics with either personal or professional experience
  • You can be on call for flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • You are trainable and enjoy learning new skills and new technologies 
  • You are trustworthy and reliable, with strong customer communication skills
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
