Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Rewards Analyst to join our international Rewards team in Athens Office.

Role summary:

In this role, you will support the Rewards function in the design, implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits’ policies and procedures at a global level.

What you will need to do:

  • Support the Rewards Supervisor in the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies and structures, that are in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Support the Rewards Supervisor in the design and implementation of policies, procedures and tools for Compensation and Benefits’ issues at a global level, as per business needs.
  • Design and prepare salary/ benefits- related reports, on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
  • Perform quality checks of benefits-related data across the Group.
  • Be actively involved in projections of labor cost.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment for daily/ad-hoc cases.
  • Responsible for the accurate organizational data in the corporate HR system.
  • Support in other HR projects; especially benefits- related ones
  • Supports the coordination and running of the salary, bonus, grade, position and profession changes process. 

What you will need to have:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or Finance/ Statistics/ Economics.
  • Master’s degree on Human Resources Management would be considered a plus.
  • Four (4) – Six (6) years’ overall experience; at least 2 of them in Compensation & Benefits/ Rewards role.
  • Prior working experience in reporting is necessary.
  • Previous exposure in Payroll would be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
