Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Human Resources team in our Athens Office.

Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing workforce data for the whole Group in order to support corporate needs and decision-making processes.

You will be part of the HR International team while working closely with our departments and divisions.

Reports to HR Operations Manager corporate.

What you will need to do:

  • Serve as a key point of contact, aiding the HR Operations manager in overseeing and supporting HR processes company-wide, from employee onboarding to disengagement, ensuring alignment with the operational and staffing requirements of the organization.
  • Contribute to the initiation and facilitation of new studies concerning HR matters, including market surveys.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager in crafting a comprehensive study aimed at providing accurate analysis to persuade management and subsequently implement it across the entire group.
  • Generate insightful reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Assist in analyzing data and provide recommendations that identify and resolve gaps within the workforce.
  • Act as a central point of contact within the corporate team under the HR operations Manager, collaborating with the overseas regions to facilitate and address any HR-related issues occur.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of HR Operations processes aimed at effectively integrating new hires, re-engaging employees, or facilitating the smooth transition of newly transferred personnel into the Archirodon environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR Ops Manager in overseeing employee HR tasks such as time attendance, employment contracts, "Fit to Work," probation, etc., ensuring a streamlined and effective process that upholds fairness and complies with the local labor laws of the respective country of employment.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

What you will need to have :

  • BSc in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 5-6 years of experience as HR Officer/Generalist
  • Experience in analysis of workforce data.
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Extensive experience in the use of database and reporting systems, including the use of advanced Excel spreadsheets, graphs and word processing.
  • Exposure to international work environment would be considered as an asset.
  • Experience in the construction sector would be considered as an asset.
