Primary job responsibilities

  • Develop regional business strategy to win new partners, manage sales pipelines and advance business with new customers
  • Initiate first contact with new customers and drive commercial activities, including pricing and contract negotiations
  • Submission of monthly/quarterly sales reports in consultation with customer
  • Work with internal departments on a daily business to drive revenue generation
  • Evaluation of sales forecasts based on market demand and competitor dynamics
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers and align the European team with the appropriate level of contact at the customer side

Professional and personal competences

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a technical sales role preferably for residential ESS batteries, inverter company or similar industries
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent (Economics, Chemical, Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing of energy storage system is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in execution of successful development strategies and achieving sales in Solar PV field
  • Professional, highly motivated individual with a strong results-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP and other accounting software
  • Fluent English skills and at least one other European language (German, Korean is a plus)
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (50%) and occasionally to Korea
