What will you be doing? 

As a Low Voltage Battery Test & Validation Engineer, you will join the Woking team to support our activities within the Automotive sector. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures
• Operate and maintain battery test equipment
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data
• Identify and troubleshoot battery failures
• Prepare test reports and presentations
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

• At least 2+ years of experience in battery testing and validation.
• Experience with low voltage lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and packs.
• Experience with battery test equipment and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of battery chemistry and performance.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and validation procedures.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret test data.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot battery failures.
• Ability to prepare test reports and presentations.
• Ability to participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
