ARCH SOLAR C&I INC

Hourly wage is $19-$22. We are currently looking for a first-shift, solar installer. Ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a roof.  Knowledge of fall protection equipment and proper use as well as, OSHA 10 training is desired.  Experience in renewable energy or electrical is a plus. Must have a good driving record and good people skills. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to earn an electrical apprenticeship, if desired. Requirements:

• -HS/GED or equivalent
• -Ability to lift 75 pounds
• -Ability to perform physical tasks as required including; digging trenches, able to work from ladders and comfortable working on roofs
• -Ability to work in various positions including; stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling for extended periods of time
