Solar Sales Consultant - Action Solar

Job Description

Action Solar, a leading company in the Residencial Solar Industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Grand Junction department.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for attending appointments daily, notating accounts, following up with leads, qualifying customers, completing paperwork, and communicating with customers to ensure a successful installation. You will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Attend appointments daily to meet with potential customers
  • Take notes and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
  • Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to potential customers
  • Qualify customers based on their needs and eligibility
  • Complete paperwork related to sales and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar industry
  • Reliable transportation to travel to appointments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-groomed appearance to maintain a professional image
  • Punctuality and willingness to work weekends and evenings

Additional Information

At Action Solar, we value our employees and offer competitive salaries ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience and performance. This is a full-time position that is not remote.

In addition to sales responsibilities, there will be opportunities for growth and involvement in accounting and administrative functions.

Our company has been built differently, We made our installation side of thing work seamlessly, before we built out our in-house sales teams.  We have install teams and the permiting experince in place. We can service more homes faster than most other companies. 

We built our installation teams by having a back log of Comercial work, making the residential projects the second thing to tackle rather than our first.  Pulling from our in-house engineers permitting and project managers we believe we can do more than just fulfilment for dealers.  Opening our direct sales model for residential homes will be seamless and we are looking for leaders to join the cause and enjoy working at Action.
