Project Contract Manager Tracker

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, regular team meetings, and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates, escalate issues, and make recommendations for course corrections as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
  • Lead the communication with customers and manage the communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the project team and company interests.
  • Collaborate with the Project Fulfillment Team (PM) to minimize risks and delays during the project's first stages, managing advance payment bond, performance bond, advance payment insurance, down payment, and first delivery.
    - Ensure timely and accurate collection of all project documents, including quality and environmental documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role, both verbal and written.
