The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. Job Description

The Product owner for the B2C Platform (Terminal) supports the Business unit Photovoltaic driving the development and enhancement of the platform in alignment with customer needs and business goals. This involves gathering and prioritizing requirements collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring that the platform delivers value to the users by improving their experience with Kostal PV systems and services.

  • Receiving business demands and creating alignment with business stakeholders and IT architects in regards of requirements engineering and their prioritization.
  • Kick off and steering implementation projects.
  • Management of external consultants or developers.
  • Advising the company on operational and strategic issues.
  • Increasing service availability e.g. due to setting up IT monitoring solutions and Knowledge Items.
  • Establish monitoring services and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Increasing  efficiency and scalability of the support organization (e.g. by establishing service requests

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex products incl. leading external contractors.
  • Common understanding of SaaS solutions and MS Azure
  • Bachelor / Master in business informatics or a comparable direction of study
  • Experiences in B2C solutions are welcome.
  • Experience in requirements management as well as agile methods.
  • Positive and integrative collaboration skills, establishing strong supportive relationships across all departments.
  • Experienced working in an international, virtual team.
  • Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
