Sales Manager Battery System ESS (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Act as Business Owner in the regional markets to coordinate and prepare integrated project offers of Lithium-ion Battery Systems (cells, modules, packs, racks, BMS, etc.) for customers. 
  • Professionally develop business with existing customers and proactively acquire new customers. 
  • Translate customer requirements or project tenders regarding technical, commercial, and legal-regulatory specifications into a concrete requirement profile. 
  • Advise and convince customers of the technical and commercial feasibility of project proposals.
  • Evaluate market analyses in the battery storage system (ESS) segment regarding the risk-opportunity profile. 
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Project Management, Production, etc. teams in HQ or regions, prioritizing project inquiries accordingly. 
  • Implement SVOLT Energy's internal processes, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), contracting, etc.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy management, renewable energies, or a comparable degree with a profound technical understanding. 
  • Up-to-date technical and market knowledge of battery cells and battery systems for electric vehicles (EVs) or energy storage systems (ESS). 
  • Customer-focused attitude and sales-oriented approach with a desire to succeed and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. 
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills to address technical and commercial issues. 
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, or German is a plus.
