Pre-Sales Technical Support (Tracker)

Responsibilities
  • Technical support for Trina Tracker’s clients: ongoing communication with clients to collects the project’s requirements that lead to build the right strategy.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams, and the company’s clients to work through the scope and design of the most appropriate solution for the project.
  • Analysis of project’s scope and documentation.
  • Develop preliminary design documents, project costs and proposal documents for prospective projects.
  • Slope analysis and earthworks estimation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with designing and analyzing economic proposals within international organizations. At least one year within the photovoltaic industry.
  • Background studies in Engineering or Economics
  • Ability to establish close relationships with customers, partners, and internal departments.
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD/ Civil 3D is ideal.
  • Professional skills with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Proactive, self-starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages such as Italian or German will be highly valued.
