We are looking to fill the position of a  Manager – Energy Storage Projects Technical Support who will be responsible for supporting clients in techno commercial activities related to the Energy Storage technical consulting services with a focus on emerging applications such renewable integration, wind-solar hybrid projects with battery energy storage, eMobility, EV battery swapping etc. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform detail engineering, Bid support for solar / wind and energy storage projects 
• To providing design, solution support and cost benefit analysis for solar / wind plus storage hybrid tenders and microgrid.
• To perform ETAP simulations- load flow, short circuit analysis and relay coordination
• Technical due diligence for solar / wind asset , energy storage projects
• Vendor management and making techno commercial comparisons with different module, inverter, energy storage batteries makes to obtain cost effective solution
• To study technical specifications, warrantees & guarantees from OEMs and communicate with OEM for further queries/clarifications.

• BE/ B-Tech., M- Tech
• 5-8 years of experience in technical engineering & design for solar and energy storage projects
• In-depth understanding of PV, Wind, Battery technologies
• Basic understanding of EMS and programing logic for Battery discharge /charge cycle
• Disciplined, hardworking, high energy professional with ability to work under tight delivery schedule ascertaining result with quality
• A keen learner showing enthusiasm towards diversity learning in electrical engineering

This is a full-time position with 6 months probationary period. In this capacity, the candidate will be paid a competitive salary with industry standards.
