This position will require skillful leadership and the ability to be hands-on and collaborative.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">He / She would be responsible to lead the Electrical, electronics &amp; software technology of Li-Ion battery development and also leading a team of 20 to 25 people including hardware and software engineers within the organization.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Be responsible for the management and execution of Battery Management System Software system development projects.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You are best suited if you have experience in product development in the area of electronics/power electronics &amp; have knowledge of BMS electronics</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</div><div><strong>For this position, experience in the following domains is crucial:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Electrical / Electronics: knowledge of various high switching frequency devices, PCB designing, EMI / EMC as well various electronics circuitry. Understanding of low voltage electrical designs and corresponding electrical drawings; component selection; electrical layout etc.</li><li>Software: Responsible for selecting, defining, and creating an innovative software architecture of the BMS, testing unit, and support system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program integrity</li><li>Mechanical: High-level knowledge of different materials, tools and production methods, welding technology, sheet metal fabrication, etc.</li><li>Thermal: Good Understanding of thermal calculations and modeling, simulation, and interpretation of results</li><li>Creativity and intelligent integration of technologies, materials, and concepts is of crucial importance for the function of this role as battery assemblies need to be very compact and volume efficient. Design for Manufacturing is of great importance in this function.</li><li>He/she is responsible for the development of Proof of concepts (PoC), and fully functional prototypes and responsible for testing and validation.
