<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>1. Procurement of best quality materials economically within stipulated delivery period.</div><div>2. Responsible for the procurement of Solar Equipment such as Electronic electrical EPC services</div><div>I&amp; C Solar Modules Street Light Solar Water Pump module mounting Structure etc.</div><div>3. Prepare the schedule for project and planning the materials procurement as per delivery /</div><div>completion of project.</div><div>4. Preparing of costing sheet for tenders as well as after receiving of customer order for</div><div>evaluations of expenses and profitability of the project.</div><div>5. Working towards vendor identification vendor evaluation visiting &amp; monitoring supplier</div><div>progress.</div><div>6. Developing sufficient number of reliable and reputed source of supply for different items</div><div>required.</div><div>7. Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of</div><div>materials and maximum cost saving.</div><div>8. Responsible for all Techno &amp;ndash Commercial discussion &amp; negotiations and issuance of Purchase</div><div>Order with Vendor / Suppliers.</div><div>9. Cost reduction by introducing alternate vendor / supplier maintaining the quality aspects.</div><div>10. On Project Award-Resource Management</div><div>11. Coordinate with Design &amp; Engineering for Document/ Drawing submission and Approval.</div><div>12. Vendor Management and relationship by supplied quality assurance for new development.</div><div>13. Arrange the product/items with Quality cost and timely delivery.</div><div>14. Co-ordination and actively engaged with project site team for Installation &amp; commissioning</div><div>quality assurance of GRN &amp; confirmation of quality of received materials and stock updating.</div><div>15. Prepare the delivery Schedule for all projects for timely delivery.</div><div>16. Actively prepare the cash flow by directed all plant or sites procurement function.</div><div>17. Evaluation and Costing for the bidding the various solar projects.</div><div>18. Actively participate in Project Planning and control.</div><div>19. Commercial Negotiation with vendors and suppliers for cost saving best quality and timely</div><div>delivery of the goods.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div> Minimum Bachelors in Engineering</div><div> Minimum <strong>3 to 5 years of experience</strong> restricted to solar or electrical infrastructure.</div><div> Good interpersonal and communication skills.</div><div> Techno-commercial personnel</div><div><br></div><div><strong>TIMING &amp; LOCATION</strong></div><div>1.
