Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as CSR, Client Support Specialist), your primary duties will involve answering calls, scheduling sales consultations and service appointments, and maintaining the scheduling calendar. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, managing conversations, and calling leads from various sources. Your role will be crucial in our mission to install green energy solutions, specifically Mitsubishi ductless mini split heat pumps.
