ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role contributes to the overall success of the Field Service team. The position is responsible for the following key activities:

• Provide technical support and coordination of construction activities across the portfolio of Mining & Infrastructure, Telco & SPS
• Aid with site audits
• Build relationships with current and potential customers to ensure products are specified for upcoming projects
• Develop key strategic alliances with key customers and industry partners
• Work with Field Service Manager on staff levels, fleet management and team coordination
• Communication of key market intelligence (your company’s place in the market)
• Ensure delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales

ABOUT YOU:

• Trade level qualifications in an electrical discipline (preferred)
• Electrical background with 10+ years’ experience in a relevant industry in a similar working environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated experience Leading construction teams to success in a relevant industry and similar work environment
• Excellent client relationship skills
