Job Descriptions
- Manages the design, engineering and construction of commercial and industrial scale solar PV systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural and mechanical aspects of the projects.
- Develops, maintains and executes the project proposal or work plan.
- Establishes or oversees the work plan, staffing, and budgeting for each phase of project execution, including design, engineering, procurement and construction.
- Conduct engineering site visit to plan equipment and interconnection locations at the site and connections to the existing electrical system.
- Coordinates preparation and regular updates of the project execution plan.
- Ensure completion of projects within the time frame and budget with quality.
- Provides and coordinates engineering support for business development as needed.
- Has primary responsibility for overseeing execution of and compliance with construction contracts and works with construction team to ensure adequate scopes of work under those contracts.
- Arranges for and organizes regularly scheduled project meetings to facilitate, confirm and communicate status of progress and assign tasks.

Qualification & Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Project Management.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Field experience in installation, start-up testing and commissioning will be an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with AutoCAD Microsoft Office, Windows, and Project.
- Highly organized and skillful at working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel when needed.
- Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasking.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Position to based in Johor Bahru office branch.
