Job Description

The Finance Specialist provides specialized services in accounting and financial activities for the Corporate Marketing business units. S/he administers and maintains finance/accounting activities in accordance with TNC policies and procedures and best practices in financial management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

• Supports the corporate marketing business units in preparing/processing various transactional accounting forms and reports, such as journal entries, cash receipt recordings, and adjustments

• Provides support to the corporate marketing program managers and directors in the financial management of their budgets, through monitoring and maintaining monthly and ad hoc financial reporting.

• Works with central Finance to ensure accurate processing of marketing income, expenses, and transfers.

• Ensures TNC policies and procedures, financial standards and legal requirements are met. • Maintains financial records retention and supports contract administration for the Marketing Division.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a resume and background that show the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 3 years' related experience or equivalent combination.

• Experience with GAAP and fund accounting principles, practices and regulations.

• Experience using automated accounting systems.
