We gauge our success on the success of our employees. No experience is needed for this role. We are seeking hardworking, high energy, money motivated individuals to join our growing team. We offer a base salary + bonus. The expected Annual Compensation for this position in your first year is $55,000-$75,000. What You Will Do: Promote Dream Home products and services to prospective customers Help generate leads for our closers Make initial contact with clients and build a rapport Canvass neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision Efficiently utilize company technology platforms Rewards: Competitive commission/bonus structure Promotions from within Ongoing classroom style training and sales training Work with an experienced team leader to help you succeed Two days off per week Must Haves: Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license Is coachable and eager to learn Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc. Must be energetic and self-motivated Someone who is willing to grind Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday - Saturday is mandatory Able to work the hours from 2PM-8PM during weekdays and 12PM-4PM on Saturday Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) W-2 Pay Structure Career advancement opportunities Bi-weekly pay #dhr    This position is currently accepting applications.
