Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential solar, wind, and battery storage project sites across Poland.
- Lead project feasibility studies, including technical, environmental, and financial assessments.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, local communities, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and acceptance.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage the permitting process and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and partners.
- Monitor project performance and address any issues to ensure successful completion.
- Foster relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key industry players.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and policy changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar, wind, and battery storage.
- Strong understanding of permitting processes, regulations, and environmental considerations in Poland.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- 3+ years of hands on development experience in Renewable energy
