Your mission
- Enjoy being the catalyst for growing our relationship with our network of customers while undertaking service tasks with excellence
- Install our systems on-site at the customer's location, put them into operation and provide training to the customer on their operation, using training materials
- Understand and empathize with the customer's requirements, bringing feedback to the company internally for continual improvement
- Handle remote and on-site service calls for metrology systems worldwide
- Conduct error analyses in service cases and be responsible for repairs or initiate them (in close collaboration with our distributors and service partners in China, Singapore, South Korea, and India)
- Create error analysis reports for documentation purposes and evaluate them in cooperation with colleagues internally
- Actively participate in creating and maintaining service and installation instructions and protocols
- Develop new service concepts and service models to continuously improve our service
- Support the development department in planning and executing system tests
- Be an integral part of sales activities by understanding customer requirements and incoming opportunities
