Location Hamilton, NJ  
Position Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be familiar with commonly used computer software applications; spreadsheets, word processing, email, uploading/downloading files
  • Strong effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production based environment
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
 
Description

The Project Manager Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager and provide direct operational support.

  • Input new projects and service orders into CRM
  • Scheduling site surveys
  • Follow up with various townships on permit approvals
  • Daily phone calls to customers with next-day appointment confirmations
  • Maintain effective professional communication with customer throughout permitting and installation process
  • Support and assist Project Manager in seeking a timely and appropriate resolution to all customer/vendor/partner concerns
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
