• Collaborate with HQ team for developing battery pack solutions for EU customers
• Organize and manage repair activities for battery pack system during program development with the customer
• Collaborate with the cell-engineering team and BMS system-engineering team
• Provide required input to the laboratory planning manager to design the pack testing facility and repair facility of SVOLT EU
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, test new generation battery packs
• Write test plans, propose designs of experiments and communicate with the testing team
• Review technical drawings and production documents
• Participate in customer meetings to provide support to the EU salesteam
• Participate to Battery pack DFMEA activities

• Bachelor, Master degree or PhD in Mechanical engineering, Electrochemistry or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the industry
• Strong experience in using CAD software (ie CATIA, Solidworks)
• Excellent understanding of Li-ion battery pack technology 
• Experience in product and process validation
• Ideally experience in thermal modelling
• Experienced with battery pack testing
• Previous experience in pack design in a strong plus
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize and communicate on pack design activities 
• Strong knowledge of Li-ion battery pack safety
• Fluency in English
• German and/or Chinese are considered as an additional advantage
