Overview:  

The purpose of the Solar Proposal Generation Specialist is to design accurate, customized, quality proposals in order to help our customers understand the benefits of clean energy. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Completing solar proposals and relevant associated deliverables within the parameters of SLA time frames  
• Creating energy usage profiles based on utility bill details
• Qualifying roof top for solar design
• Model existing shading scenarios on company software to design effective production plans for roof top solar projects.  
• Work with Sales to revise proposal according to customer needs 
• Enforce good company design practices while creating industry leading solar array designs. 
• Request quotes for additional scopes of works that go along with solar construction process 
• Track of all proposal information in the company CRM 
• Monitor Company Proposal Email and respond within a timely fashion.  
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, etc.  
• Work cross-functionally with other teams/departments to facilitate project progression
• Stay up to date on process and tool updates, providing feedback where needed to help drive overall design standard improvement.

Compensation: 

Competitive salary $20-$27 per hour based on experience

Full time 

Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, in-person in our Rockland MA Main Office. 

Qualifications preferred:

Experience in creating proposals

Proficient in MS Office

Willingness to train

Excellent communication skills
