Attorney (Associate or Vice President), Infrastructure and Renewables Projects

Come join the Macquarie Capital legal team as an Attorney in our New York office!

You will have the chance to experience a diverse range of work in Macquarie Capital’s merchant and investment banking business. In this role, you will work closely with transaction teams making principal investments and developing infrastructure and renewables projects in the Americas and will assist in covering Macquarie Capital’s investment banking business.

To be successful in this role you will have 4-9 years of transactional legal experience in project finance, infrastructure, renewables investments and/or M&A.  You will also need strong oral and written communication skills (proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required), excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems creatively. You will also bring with you transactional experience from a major law firm and New York bar admission.
