The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is the overall management of assigned account(s). This includes sales efforts, gaining market share within accounts, and deepening relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include qualifying hiring requirements, organizing pipelines of candidates, and fulfilling recruitment needs.  

The AM is responsible for prioritizing customer needs and directing any overflow to the larger recruitment team. Other responsibilities may include customer specific reporting, contractor management, and site-specific training. The AM must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts.

Preferred skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent related experience 

  • Minimum of 5 year experience in high volume recruiting, managing a high volume account, or providing on-premise support to a client. 

  • Ability to communicate with C-Level, Executive and/or Director Level customers in charge of complex operations 

  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization 

  • Self Motivated, self accountable with high degree of customer service capabilities 

  • High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
