Power, Utilities & Renewables - Analyst

New York

Grow your career at an infrastructure financial adviser like no other.

As an Analyst on our team, you will be able to combine typical project finance investment banking tasks with direct principal investing from our balance sheet, as well as be involved in project finance advisory, infrastructure development, and have client interaction on North America’s preeminent infrastructure and project finance transactions.

You will combine the knowledge obtained in your undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Law) with your previous experience (1-3 years) within the infrastructure and/or energy sectors in either Investment Banking, Project Finance, Principal Investing, or Project Development to quickly make an impact.

You will use your expertise in project finance modelling (including use of VBA macros) to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios to analyze the impacts of different capital structures. Your experience and familiarity with all stages of infrastructure transaction execution, including origination/pitching, diligence, and execution of equity, debt, and M&A transactions will enable you to summarize and present the results in a succinct manner.
