We are looking for an experienced BIM Developer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Factory Layout & Modelling team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing and building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
As BIM Developer, you will be a key player in our factory design processes. You will develop tools, templates and practices to facilitate fast and seamless designs from a diverse and multi disciplinary team. You will support involved stakeholders with technical BIM expertise, educate best practices and ensure the digital infrastructure needed to delivery technical excellence and the world's best factory designs!
About the team
The Factory Modelling team is part of the Factory Design & Blueprint Department. We are a crew of about 8 people in the middle of a significant growth, diving even deeper into construction design and practices. The team is responsible for all CAD, BIM and layout engineering associated topics with focus on concept and basic project phases. As BIM developer, you will help spearheading the BIM parts of our daily design activities and technical foundation!
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, update and maintain BIM libraries and templates.

Develop scripts and automations for improved design efficiency and quality.

Own and drive best practices for script management and integration.

Enable integration between different data environments and tools.

Enable, and support further development of, ways of working based on relevant BIM strategies/guidelines and in alignment with internal experts and stakeholders.
