Role Overview:
The Office Coordinator role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and responsible for support with administrative tasks, coordinating, arranging travel, and managing email correspondence. The ideal candidate would be adaptable and resourceful with capability to communicate with teams across Europe and the United States.
This role will be located in Graz, Austria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fisker is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator in our Austria Graz location. In this role you will be responsible for supporting senior leaders in a range of duties including clerical tasks, scheduling travel arrangements, and creating and maintaining email correspondence.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task while providing support in an array of areas.

Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment is critical.
Manage the Travel coordination for Fisker staff within the EU region.
Update the staff travel database.
Keep compliant with updated visitor policies, rules and regulations and current security-related travel guidelines.
Interface with Fisker staff members and to provide mutually- agreeable, cost-effective travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
Provide continuing support to the traveler throughout the travel arrangement process.
Checking of Travel Expense Reports submitted
Ensure that services are provided in a uniformed, high-quality manner.
Exceptional time and task management with ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding timelines.
Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize assignments and multi-task.
Professional, calm demeanor, and presentation with strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail & strong verbal and written communication – produces well thought-out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors.
Comfortable to use information systems such as SAP Concur, Workday, Salesforce.com, etc
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent
Key success for the role is to minimize or eliminate the time leaders spend on logistics, travel, scheduling, etc. i.e., activities outside of business value discussions.
Coordinates agendas, and dispatches meeting invitations and agendas, books meeting rooms and arranges for resources and other requirements in support of smooth and efficient meeting facilitation.
Prepare confidential correspondence and documentation.
Respond to communication requests promptly and professionally and deliver general administrative Documents and Reports on time, with accuracy and thorough investigation.
Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines.
Prepare expense reports and monthly reports.
Bi-lingual in German and English a plus
