Job Description Position Overview As the Specialist, Talent Development, you will be responsible for supporting training solutions to include administration of high - quality programs that engage, align, inform and inspire employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives. Responsibilities Support the development of high quality, scalable presentations and training materials. Support collaboration with key internal stakeholders to maintain effective programs for employee development. Support corporate employee engagement surveys and individual training event surveys. Support multiple aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), including but not limited to, administering the annual content audit, resolving user issues, and liaising with Invenergy's LMS provider to resolve user challenges. Coordinate in-person and virtual learning events, including but not limited to, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, testing technical set up, troubleshooting technical issues, and arranging logistics with presenters. Required Skills Educational and Background Requirement Undergraduate degree in adult education or in a business discipline. Minimum of 1 – 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a corporate environment with a specialization in organizational development. Project Management experience. Presentation skills. Interpersonal Skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable the individual to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality. Strong organization, accountability, and time management skills. Proactive problem-solver, adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Model inclusive behavior. Innovative, deliberate, highly motivated. Results driven. Technical Proficiency Solid knowledge of MSOffice including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working in an LMS. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to understand/analyze data. Preferred Skills Familiarity with HRIS, Workday preferred. Graphic design, video and audio production, and HTML coding experience a plus.
