Your Role:
As the Technical Recruiter - Manufacturing you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure we hire the best talent for our first US factory. Basically, you’ll proactively source, plan, and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. This position is 100% onsite.
- You will create robust talent pipelines while making each candidate feel like they're the only one you're talking to
- Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including interview scheduling, phone screening, and candidate selection
- You'll work very closely with hourly manufacturing candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships
- Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events
- Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Utilize proactive recruiting techniques and utilize social media, as well as select qualified individuals who will provide added value to FF
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of current, full cycle engineering recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent experience
- Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for manufacturing and cars
- Top-notch sourcing, project management and relationship building skills
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing, transportation and warehouse operations
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organization
- Expertise in managing candidate pipelines and executing against a timeline
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- MS Office, ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS

- Local candidates only
- Proven expertise with technical recruitment
- Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategy and hiring
- In-house and agency recruiting experience
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
- A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
- A genuine fascination for the automotive field and a commitment to global change
- A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
Annual Salary Range:
($65K - $75K), plus benefits and incentive plans
