Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
The Opportunity
The Agency Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of B2B agency partners and will act as a liaison between these partners and internal EcoCart teams, with the goal of driving new brands to sign up for EcoCart. The right candidate will have a passion for the e-commerce ecosystem, sustainability, and building mutually beneficial relationships. This role reports to the COO and will have a high degree of autonomy in developing EcoCart’s Agency Partner program.

A Day in the Life - Define, execute, and track end-to-end agency partner strategy
- Serve as an external product expert, educating partners on EcoCart’s product solutions
- Coach and enable agencies to effectively pitch new business
- Evaluate and implement partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives that support lead generation and revenue goals
- Independently develop long-term strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews to build productive relationships with key Agency stakeholders and their clients
- Work in tandem with EcoCart’s sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to support merchant implementations and remove roadblocks
- Prioritize book of business based on understanding of agency opportunities to reach your goals while ensuring exceptional client service across book of business
- Serve as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand the Agency team
- Represent EcoCart at partner events & conferences to raise brand awareness & generate leads
Minimum Requirements- 2+ years in a partnerships role at an e-commerce software company
- Direct client management experience
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding revenue / pipeline targets
- Ability to independently manage a high volume and variety of agency partners (50+)
- Ability to define, execute, and track end-to-end agency partner strategy
- Willingness to travel to relevant conferences and agency partner offices
- Technical aptitude and ability to discuss our product from a technical lens
- Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts and to address issues with out-of-the-box solutions
