Aclima is seeking a stellar Senior Product Manager to lead a team of builders creating the next generation of environmental products and online experiences. This requires an instinctual understanding of where market opportunity and technology intersect. Yes, you'll be leading and coordinating with diverse teams of brilliant engineers & scientists; defining and shaping novel products; and launching them into the hands of delighted users—and you will also help to establish the value proposition, business feasibility, strategy, roadmap, and then execute on all the above, delivering the greatest possible delight to end users.

Responsibilities- Refine and implement a user-centric product strategy, develop a product roadmap and technical/feature specifications based on brand vision, user needs, technical and market trends, and platform capabilities.
- Manage product life-cycle from inception, execution, go-to-market, and iteration.
- Be the external champion of the product with early users and partners to assess fit, features, usability, and value.
- Maintain and manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company vision, launch timelines, and business objectives.
- Partner closely with Founders, Engineering, Growth, Design and other teams across Aclima to understand their vision, objectives, and opportunities.
Qualifications- Proven – 5+ years of product management experience, shipping products into the hands of end customers at a technology company, while managing across top-tier cross-functional teams using agile development methodology or similar.
- Passion for innovation – a strong track record of delivering innovative product experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Obsessive about customers – desire to really get to know the consumer, translating their needs into product requirements and experiences
- Excellent communication skills – demonstrated use of written, presentation and verbal skills to drive team enthusiasm for products and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Working at all levels – proven ability to drive strategic thinking about the product direction as well as focus on the executional details
- Team player – build strong relationships with the cross-functional team while serving as the team lead to drive results
- Data-informed decisions – know how to get and analyze data to make business decisions, balancing thoughtful research with the need for timeliness

Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this full-time exempt position is $96,000 - $175,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographic location and is informed by current data provided by Carta Total Comp. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by region and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Hiring Manager can share more about the specific salary range for your geographic region during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. Employee must continue to reside within 90 miles of location used to determine starting salary, otherwise Aclima reserves the right to make regional adjustments to pay.
