We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to work really closely with our Group Financial Controller, leading on financial due diligence for target companies and the integrations of companies we acquire.
You'll need experience in local and international accounting standards and large, fast-paced, rapidly growing, international organisations.
This will be a maternity cover position, with the ideal start date before April 2023.

What you'll do - Lead on accounting for due diligence on all M&A activities including, financial due diligence on target companies
- Work closely with strategic finance, legal and tax on project implementations such as acquisitions, group restructures, and software implementations
- Ensure implementation of accounting excellence across the group including acquisition integrations and foreign subsidiary group reporting
- Alignment of companies we buy to our group policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the group’s financial processes and governance
What you'll need- Experience of accounting for M&A activity
- Experience in controls implementations and business process improvements
- Independently operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in project management practices, tooling, and managing projects through the audit lifecycle
