ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinates with implementation partners, IT managers, stakeholders, developers in providing solution
- Develop, test, and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications
- Design and builds solutions that is ready for future growth or improvement
- Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
- Strong focus on code quality and reusability
- Build and Maintains ITOM modules, discovery, and tool performance
- Build / Develop / Improve other Service Now modules
- Performs other development tasks as instructed by the manager
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably an IT graduate with 3-5 years work experience in Service Now administration, development, configuration, and integration with other tools
- Strong background on development of ITSM, HR and Facilities Modules of Service Now such as Incident, Change, Release, Knowledge, Problem, Service Portal, Chat / Agent Workspace, and Agent Workspace
- Knowledgeable on Service Now CMDB, ITOM Modules, Discovery, Integration hub, CSD, and Safe Workplace
- Administration of Service Now instance including modification of CMS, workflows, Business rules, UI policies/action, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items / service portal
- Knowledgeable in JavaScript, XML, HTML , CSS, SQL, Web Services, SOAP, REST, WSDL
- Experienced in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and design
- Familiar with using Jira for task prioritization
- Good in creating test scenarios
- Good communications skills, both oral and written
- ITIL Certified is preferred

- Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
- Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
- Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
- Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
- Candidate will be on flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote work) (if applicable depending on the nature of the job)
