Key Responsibilities
- Participate in activities related to the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic projects
- Promote and perform tasks according to organizational requirements for quality management and environmental, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in O&M projects
- Participate in activities related to the engineering and construction of company’s photovoltaic projects in Northern Greece
- Support operation and maintenance activities in other power plants when necessary
- Perform preventive maintenance on photovoltaic projects according to equipment manufacturer instructions
- Carry out corrective maintenance of minor and major mechanical and electrical components independently and efficiently
- Perform diagnostic electrical analyses
- Conduct technical inspections of photovoltaic project sites
- Prepare and submit on-site activity reports
- Supervise contractors and manage on-site activities
- Handle on-site incidents that require physical presence
- Engage in sustainability actions and promote the company’s sustainability goals
Requirements - Electrician’s degree
- At least two years of experience in electrical installation maintenance
- Experience in photovoltaic plant maintenance (highly regarded)
- Inverter manufacturer certification for maintenance (highly regarded)
- Good command of the English language (highly regarded)
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (highly regarded)
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to walk over rough terrain
- Physical ability to drive over rough terrain
- Knowledge of and the ability to use various hand tools
- Knowledge of and the ability to use electronic measuring tools
- High degree of flexibility
- Completed National Service obligations
