Job Description Position Overview As the Bid Management Senior Analyst, Project Controls, you will be responsible for supporting and managing Invenergy bid management process and software for construction RFPs. The Senior Analyst role will be heavily focused creating a centralize process for project managers to submit bid requests and managing the RFP through selection by implementing a structure process. Responsibilities Responsible to develop and implement a structure bid management process with the support of the Director of Project Controls, then manage this process Manage and update internal trackers and dashboards (Power BI) that rely on bid information System administrative for our Bid Management software Work with estimating and pre-construction team to track and administer RFPs to support pricing into utility RFP Ensure all PMs know to coordinate with Contractor RFP Point of Contact when they have an upcoming contractor RFP to release. Develop and management process to communicate and notify bidders of upcoming and current bids Maintain a database of contractors and key contractor information Curate lists of upcoming projects based on technology/region/scope for specific contractors. Ensure contractors’ bid management profiles and list of contacts are up to date to receive RFP documents. Monitor and proactively provide input on project and issues impacting the project Prepare ad-hoc reports, as directed by management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, construction, or a related field Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred Able to travel up to 10% of the time Benefits Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), bonus, paid time off, etc. Invenergy LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
