The business aims to work with the Healthcare sector to develop strategies for addressing the risks and implications of Safety, Sustainability and Business Continuity elements of the Healthcare Practice.
Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Work with management to develop marketing strategy and implement the marketing plan.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
PROJECT CO-ORDINATION/MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
BUSINESS ANALYST/DATA MINING & RESEARCH
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Administer paper & electronic questionnaires for research and intelligence purposes.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- Perform quality assurance and due diligence processes including developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Keep track of legal and regulatory changes and ensure compliance of the business and clients.
- Perform audits for the business and clients.
TRAINING/CAPACITY BUILDING CO-ORDINATOR
- Manage, design, develop and coordinate capacity building/ training programs.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each capacity building / training session
- Design, prepare and order capacity building and educational aids and materials.

Gross Salary - 90,000 - 100,000
