Job Title: TM | Battery Project Coordination Engineer

Location: Hefei
Your Responsibilities:
- Steering and tracking of the product relevant objectives for existing and new projects
- Coordination of planning of concepts & layouts
- Material (cost) evaluation tracking (VCIC)
- Investment planning and benchmarking
- Feasibility and VWAC related project time schedules
- Tracking and reporting in several committees (Pilot hall, PSK, VAP, KAN, VAI)
- Support Finance/VWGC create data for Planning Round (PR) for Investment and internal budget
Our Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial engineering or Automobile related fields
- 2 years full time working experience, ideally within project management in the automotive industry
- Proficient in Chinese (only LC), German and/or English fluently in speaking and writing, both German and English would be preferred
- Ability to work in an international company and team
- Action oriented work style and strong drive for results. Focus on personal learning and development
- Well-developed communication & cooperation skills. Good organization and coordination ability, conflict and problem-solving skills, self-confident manner
- Skillfully applying office and management software such as MS Office, SAP, KSRM, CAD knowledge etc.
- Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations
- Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
