They are now looking for passionate Solar Solutions Consultants to join their growing team in key cities. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and excited about creating real change through clean energy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with homeowners via direct marketing, roadshows, online leads, and referrals.
Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar and present customized solar proposals.
Conduct site assessments (virtually or in person) and liaise with internal technical teams.
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent Verdant Solar at events, exhibitions, and client-facing campaigns.

Who You Are

1+ years of direct sales experience in real estate, tech, telco, or household consumer goods.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, positive, and highly adaptable.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
Comfortable with field work and flexible hours, including weekends/events.
Passionate about sustainability and creating real-world impact.
