We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Technical Office Engineer (Mechanical) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our project in Egypt.

What you will need to do:
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports based on survey findings.
- Perform quantity surveying for all mechanical equipment and materials related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Prepare the scope of work for all mechanical disciplines, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.
- Prepare cost estimations for the project, covering labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for the tender stage and awarded projects, based on project design requirements and quantity take-offs for mechanical materials, systems, and equipment.
- Prepare material submittals in line with project specifications, ensure full compliance with specifications, and obtain consultant approval.
- Develop detailed shop drawings in coordination with all relevant disciplines.
- Perform all necessary mechanical calculations for the mechanical systems.
- Maintain knowledge of international standards and codes (such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC,
- NPC, ASPE, etc.).
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that material delivery schedules align with the project
- timeline.
- Provide technical support to the site team for any site-related issues
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 or 5 years of experience in similar role
- Proven experience working on at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity. (International project experience is highly recommended)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
